Description: VOC Exempt Silicone Lubricants are 100% silicone-based lubricants that are exempt from federal VOC regulations including California CARB and South Coast Air Quality. They are HAP-free and RoHS Compliant.
VOC Exempt Silicone Solvents contain no petroleum distillates, petroleum solvents or propellants.
The active ingredient is Polydimethylsiloxane fluid that is dispersed in a cyclic siloxane. The lubricant is clear, colorless and odorless. VOC Exempt Silicone Lubricants can be applied to a wide range of surfaces including plastic, rubber & vinyl.
Due to these properties, they are being widely accepted as replacements for non-VOC complaint petroleum-based solvents and aerosols.

Cyclo-Sil6 VOC Exempt Silicone Lubricant
Cyclo-Sil6 VOC Exempt Silicone Lubricant is a formulation of Silicone (Polydimethylsiloxane) that is dispersed in cyclic-siloxane. The fluid is clear, colorless and odorless with a viscosity close to water that is easily applied thru a hand sprayer. Cyclo-Sil6 imparts a thin film of silicone on the surface that provides excellent lubricity. It is an excellent lubricant for rubber and plastics parts.
Hexa-Sil6 VOC Exempt Silicone Lubricant
Hexa-Sil6 is a similar formulation to the Cyclo-Sil6 but has faster evaporation and a preferred product where a dryer film is preferred.

SE60-2012 VOC Exempt Silicone Lubricant
is a non-flammable, non-toxic and non-reactive silicone emulsion that is comprised of 60% active silicone (Polydimethylsiloxane fluid). It is compatible with virtually all plastic and rubber surfaces including EPDM, Neoprene, Natural Rubber, Teflon, virgin, Butyl, Nitrile, Styrene Butadiene, Buna-N, PVC, LDPE, HDPE.
SE60-2012 VOC Exempt Silicone Lubricant
is intended to be diluted by simply adding water. One-gallon can make up to 10-gallons of finished product. Like Cyclo-Sil6 and Hexa-Sil6, it is easily applied via hand sprayer/power sprayer.
