Mr. Clearco Silicone Spray (2007 Formulation)
Formulated for a wide range of Industrial Furniture, Upholstery & Textile applications…
Prevents Sticking, Provides Slide & Reduces Friction.
Use: Mr. Clearco is an all-purpose silicone spray. The active ingredient is 100% Polydimethylsiloxane (CAS # 63148-62-9) that is clear, colorless, odorless & inert. Do not spray on hot surface or near an open flame.
The silicone film that is imparted on the surface provides excellent lubricity, high dielectric strength, and protection against corrosion. It is safe to use on the majority of plastic and rubber surfaces. For lubrication applications involving plastic, rubbers and foams, it is an excellent choice
Sewing and Cutting Room Applications:
- Reduces friction and wear when applied to fabric cutting tables, bobbins, sewing needles, presser feet, and sewing thread.
Upholstery/Furniture Applications:
- Prevents polyurethane foam from sticking to tabletops,
- In Foam Mattress Manufacturing, spray tabletops to allow polyurethane foam to slide
- Allows easy stuffing of foams, cushions etc into plastic.
Anti-Corrosion and Insulating Applications:
- Repels moisture and prevents rust and corrosion from forming
