Clearslip#2 Rubber and Plastic Lubricant is a formulation of Silicone (Polydimethylsiloxane) that is dispersed in an odorless solvent. The fluid is clear, colorless and odorless with a viscosity close to water that is easily applied thru a hand sprayer. The solvent evaporates to impart a thin film of silicone on the surface that provides excellent lubricity. Clearslip#2 Rubber and Plastic Lubricant is compatible with virtually all plastic and rubber materials including EPDM, Neoprene, Natural Rubber, Teflon, virgin, Butyl, Nitrile, Styrene Butadiene, Buna-N, PVC, LDPE, HDPE.
SE60-2012 Rubber and Plastic Lubricant is a non-flammable, non-toxic and non-reactive silicone emulsion that is comprised of 60% active silicone (Polydimethylsiloxane fluid). It is compatible with virtually all plastic and rubber surfaces including EPDM, Neoprene, Natural Rubber, Teflon, virgin, Butyl, Nitrile, Styrene Butadiene, Buna-N, PVC, LDPE, HDPE.
SE60-2012 Rubber and Plastic Lubricant is intended to be diluted by simply adding water. One- gallon can make up to 10-gallons of finished product. Like Clearslip#2, it is easily applied via hand sprayer/power sprayer.
If a 100% silicone is preferred, we offer a full line of 100% Pure Silicone Fluids (PSF Fluids) (Polydimethylsiloxane) that are widely used for lubricating plastic and rubber parts. Pure Silicone is the active ingredient in both ClearSlip# 2 and SE60-2012 Rubber & Plastic Lubricants.
The PSF-Fluids are clear, colorless and odorless fluids that contain no solvents or water. They are available in a wide range of viscosities and can be used in the most extreme low temp and high temp environments where petroleum-based products cannot perform.
