Silicone fluid dispersed in isoparaffinic solvent

Use: Clearco Clearslip #2 is formulated to prevent sticking & allow materials to slide easier. It is comprised of silicone fluid (polydimethylsiloxane CAS # 63148-62-9) dispersed in isoparaffinic solvent. The isoparaffinic solvent acts as a carrier and evaporates, imparting a light clear-translucent film of silicone on the surface to which it is applied. The silicone film provides excellent lubricity and protection against corrosion. Clearslip #2 is highly recommended for a wide array of surfaces including plastic, vinyl, saran, rubber and foam. The silicone film is non-staining and inert. A fine spray is all that is required to keep materials moving freely on bins, chutes, conveyors, tabletops, glides, assemblies and other surfaces. After the solvent evaporates, the silicone film is non-flammable. However, Clearslip #2 should not be used for applications near an open flame or heat source.

Use: Clearco Knife Lubricant is a blend of stainless waxes, sterates and oils that provide a light lubrication to the cutting knife and will not stain the fabric. The lubricant reduces friction between the fabric and the cutting knife. This provides a sharper cut of the material and cools the knife to prevent the ends from fusing.
