It improves molding efficiency in many processes including injection, compression, transfer, vacuum form, pour cast, die cast, and extrusion molding. HP Silicone Spray are effective on the following materials: ABS, Nylon, Polypropylene, PPO, Rubber, Polystyrene, Polycarbonate, ABS, Acetal, Polyester, Polysufone, Polyethylene.

Use: Clearco Ultra-Dry Food Grade Silicone Mold Release Spray is specially formulated as a food grade release agent and anti-stick lubricant for molded materials such as plastics, rubber, waxes, and similar materials. It is the ideal product when minimal release agent is required and when application requires the driest film possible.
Ultra-Dry contains no solvents that can attack plastics and other materials. The carrying agent is the propellant and a light, food-grade; silicone film is left on the surface providing easy removal from molds and multi-part releases. It improves molding efficiency in many processes including injection, compression, transfer, vacuum form, pour cast, die cast, and extrusion molding.
